Master Your ADHD Brain at Work: A new course from coach Ro

Practical strategies helping ADHD talent to shine

Hello everyone,

This week’s Friday post goes out to any of our community living - or working - with ADHD brains.

And it’s a collaboration with our favourite coach, Rowan Ahmadi-Nameghi (or ‘Coach Ro’ as some of you may know her).

You may have noticed Ro has been a little quiet around here lately.

And that’s because, behind-the-scenes, she’s been busy pivoting her coaching practice to support neurodivergent individuals AND their companies/employers, after seeing a huge need for more of this kind of support.

Ro’s favourite book to recommend on living with ADHD

She’s right. This is SO needed.

And Coach Ro is SO the person I would (and do!) trust to help me tame and direct my brain.

And so I’m delighted that:

a) She’s combining her corporate and coaching skills to focus on supporting people and companies in this area.

b) She’s created a course on ADHD in the workplace to help empower people to understand its impact on their work as well as to know how to advocate for support.

oh, and…

c) When she showed me what she had created and we agreed the Shelfies would love it and I asked her for a mate rate, she offered me a very nice early bird price of £97 for the full course (full price is £499).
