This was great! Such an effective technique πŸ‘ My particular story that came up when watching the video was the β€œI’m a burden”... in relation to the help I need, due to chronic illness.. particularly prominent today as I worry about all the assistance I’ll need later when head out to see Robbie Williams! πŸŽ‰ I just want to be β€œnormal” and worry that my needs zap the fun out of the event for the people I’m with πŸ˜’
