I read it a while back after we watched a documentary on it and I started trying to incorporate the idea of SAVERS into my morning but I struggled with it a bit and didn't quite keep it up. But it would be good to give it another look/ go. Generally, it's a great idea to set aside some time in the morning for these kinds of activities and it can have a positive impact on the day ahead, but the practicalities can be challenging especially with kids around and low energy levels etc. Anyway, it's a new year and maybe miracles will happen and I'll manage to start getting out of bed earlier π€£π€ͺ
Ooh Iβm curious about this! I have kind of down time when Iβm up in the morning with the kids. I have to do stuff for them but find it so boring! I also have a daily prescribed yoga practice which Iβm not doing too badly with but it can get forgotten!
Interesting. We love a challenge! :) The thing with morning is.. that they happen whether we are ready for them or not.. so we may as well make them work for us! (and maybe The Miracle Evening may be more your cup of tea?)
This sounds great. I thought yesterday about making more of an effort in the mornings to get up and down something which will also involve going to bed at a better time so looking forward to reading this xx

Expect miracles in Scotland! Even if we start doing one of these new habits DAILY it can make a difference to how we face the day/week/life... :)
