Self-Care for Winter is our current BOTM, and I’m very much enjoying exploring self-care queen Suzy’s winter well-being tips. I hope you are, too.
From harnessing colour and light where and when we can, to making meaningful connections, this book is packed with tips on ways to boost our self-care and lean in to the the challenges of the season. As well as inspiration to seek out the joy.
“Hibernate, but don’t stagnate,” says Suzy, and TONIGHT (Mon 18th Nov) she’ll be be joining us online to share some of her favourite techniques to do this - with a focus on easy physical practices we can use on high, medium, low, and even no energy days.
