And in tonight’s live we met manifestation guide and mentor, Molly Williams.

In tonight’s 30-minute session Molly shared about how she found manifestation as a depressed teenager, and how these practices - including daily gratitude - have helped her create a peaceful and happy life that she loves (and why manifestation is about so much more than getting ‘stuff’).

She shared some beginner practices and introduced us to the idea that there are different types of manifestors.

Molly also shared some of her favourite reads, including Mel Robbins’ new mega book, Let Them, reminding us that letting go of what we can’t go control is a key part of protecting our peace and creating a strong foundation on which to start co-creating that dream life.
