Hello to a shiny new month 👋 and hello to our next BOTM!
For the next two months (May and June) our focus will be on the magic of therapy, and using therapeutic tools in the day-to-day as a way to improve and manage our mental health, exploring ideas and strategies from the experts that will support you to feel more confident, resilient, hopeful and anchored through life’s ups and downs.
How to Grow Through What You Go Through (HTGTWYGT) by therapists and Self Space founders, Jodie Cariss and Chance Marshall, is our featured Book Club read, and we have FOUR awesome author events with four different kinds of therapists to support, kicking off with a launch event with HTGTWYGT author Jodie, next Weds 8th May.
