A chance to get to know your Shelfie crew (and possibly start some IRL get-togethers)

Hello everybody 👋

If you’re here and reading this I’m presuming that:

a) you’re partial to a bit of self-help, and

b) you’d like to meet some other people who also dig personal development and are doing their own version of this Work

Wonderful news.

Because one thing I’ve learned through running a self-help book club for 6+ years is that doing hard things is actually much easier (and more fun AND more powerful) when we connect with others on this same journey to inner understanding and peace.

As with any group, you’ll get out what you put into the Shelf Help community space, and hopefully you’ve already started engaging with me and others through our comments and threads,

But this page is a is a chance for you to introduce yourself and learn a little more about your new self-help-loving friends.

(And my plan is eventually to use it as a place to start fostering some REAL LIFE get-togethers around the world).
